Domain transfers are not possible if any of the following 3 situations apply:

1)	Within 60 days of registering the domain name.
2)	60 days after transferring a domain name.
3)	During the 30 day redemption period. During the redemption period an expired domain name can be reclaimed by the current owner if the domain was not meant to be cancelled. If a domain name should be transferred while in the domain redemption period, it must first be reactivated by the current registrar (there are fees associated with this).
