A domain lock is placed on a domain at the registrar and can only be removed by the current registrar. Domain names that are locked can not be transfered to another registrar.

Before a domain transfer can be done the domain must be unlocked by the current registrar. Please contact your current registrar to find out how to unlock a locked domain name.
